Medialivecasino-powered offering is first live casino hosted in-house at operator’s premises
BetVictor is to launch an in-house live casino studio within its Gibraltar offices.
BetVictor has teamed up with Medialivecasino to launch the new offering, which represents the first time an egaming operator has set up its own studio rather than outsourcing it to a third party location.

BetVictor chairman Victor Chandler said the move was driven by the desire to offer a higher quality service and increase the appeal to VIP customers. “We believe we can do it better and can give a better experience than anyone in the market is currently doing. As an operator you want to give that feel of a Mayfair casino which is what our customers want,” Chandler told eGaming Review.

The studio, which will go live in Q4 this year, will be full customised to the BetVictor brand and feature three live HD roulette tables, three live HD blackjack tables and one live Blue Screen HD roulette table, with live HD baccarat tables to be added early 2014.

Angelo de Gobbi, Sales & Marketing Director of Medialivecasino said: “BetVictor helps us to forecast the future in live games industry. In my opinion top operators will open in house live casinos to differentiate their offer and to increase players’ loyalty”

Medialivecasino provides the hardware, installation and the development of the software for the live operations as well training for supervisors and the 50 dealers hired by BetVictor. The offering will also feature a multi-game view, giving players the option of playing up to four live casino games simultaneously and see all their video streaming in the same window. An HTML5 tablet version will be released for use on iOS and Android devices.
